The working day, both ends
The Nellore shift runs while the US East Coast is closed. Work handed over at the end of a US business day is in progress before the next one starts, and what that covers is agreed in the engagement rather than assumed here.
Shown on a twenty-four hour US Eastern axis: the US business day runs from 9 in the morning to 6 in the evening, and the Nellore delivery shift runs from 11 the previous evening to 8 in the morning, so the two barely meet.

Start times are the previous evening, shown in US standard time. India keeps no daylight saving, so each window moves an hour later while US clocks are on daylight time.
Shifts are aligned to client time zones as part of the engagement, including partial or full US-hours coverage where the process needs it.
