What This Site Collects, and What Happens To It
This notice covers this website. It does not cover the processing carried out for a client under a service agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

What this notice covers
This notice explains how Deeva Healthcare Services Private Limited handles information submitted through this website, and applies to every page and form on it.
It does not apply to information processed on behalf of a client as part of a service engagement. That processing is governed by the agreement signed with that client, not by this notice.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form and choose to send. There are no accounts on this site, no login, and no profile is built about you.
- Quick enquiry form: name, business email, company, phone and your message.
- RCM assessment form: the above, plus country, organization type, the services you are interested in, the volume and provider ranges you select, your current challenges, and the team size and engagement model you have in mind.
- Careers form: name, email, an optional phone number, an optional message and the CV you attach.
- Standard technical information that any web server receives while delivering a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested.

How we use it
To reply to you, and to prepare whatever you have asked for, such as a proposal, a pilot scope or a response to a job application.
Nothing submitted through this site is sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing. Submitting a form does not add you to a mailing list.

What happens to a submission
A form submission is validated and then sent to us as an email. It is not written to a database, and this site operates no store of enquiries or CVs. Once the message has been handed to our email provider, the request ends and nothing about it remains on the server.
A CV is attached to that email in the format you uploaded it. It is not parsed, scored or retained anywhere other than in the mailbox it is delivered to.
The forms are protected by a hidden field that automated submissions fill in and people do not, and by a challenge that distinguishes a person from a script. Neither tracks you across other websites.

How long we keep it, and who can see it
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with them and to maintain a record of the correspondence, and are deleted once that purpose has passed.
Access is limited to the members of our team who need it in order to respond, and every person handling it is bound by a confidentiality agreement. It is not shared outside the company except where we are required to do so by law.

Patient information
No form on this website is a secure channel for clinical or patient data. Please do not submit patient-identifiable information or Protected Health Information through any form or email link on this site.
Where sharing data is necessary to scope an engagement, a secure route for it is agreed first, under the terms of a service agreement.

Services this site relies on
Delivering this site and its forms involves a small number of third parties, each handling only what is listed here.
- A hosting and content delivery provider, which serves the pages and receives the standard technical information described above.
- A transactional email provider, which delivers form submissions to us and sends you an acknowledgement.
- A bot-protection provider, which checks that a form submission came from a person rather than a script.
- Google Maps, which supplies the map on the contact page.

Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@deevahealthcare.com and we will deal with the request.
Depending on where you are, local law may give you further rights over your information. Where it does, we will honour them.

Where your information goes
Deeva Healthcare Services Private Limited is based in India. An enquiry or application submitted from anywhere else is received and read here, so information you send through this site is transferred to and handled in India.

This notice may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date it was last reviewed is shown at the top.
