Descriptions of process, scope and measurement on this site are general. What applies to a particular engagement is what is written in that engagement’s agreement, and where the two differ the agreement governs.

Nothing on this site is clinical, coding, legal, regulatory or financial advice, and it should not be relied on in place of advice taken on your own circumstances.

Deeva provides charge processing and coding-data validation support based on client-provided documentation and established workflows. Independent clinical code assignment is not within the scope of the services described here.

Performance, results and measurement

This site publishes the measures we report against. It publishes no targets, because targets are agreed per engagement and written into the contract, where they can be negotiated and enforced.

Nothing on this site is a representation that any particular financial result, collection rate, claim outcome or payer decision will be achieved. Those depend on factors outside our control, including payer behaviour, clinical documentation and the client’s own processes.

You may read this site, and print or save pages from it, for your own business purposes.
